Pragya Joshi
Photographer · Journalist
Delhi, India — since 2022
Capturing presence through light, shadow, and the ordinary rituals of a city that rarely holds still.
#VisualStorytelling across documentary, portrait, and street — with a journalist's ear for the frame before the caption.
Quiet, cinematic imagery built from depth, patience, and an ongoing curiosity for the people who make a place.

01 — Selected Work
The everyday, held still.
A rolling edit of frames from Delhi's streets, sanctuaries, and the small lives around them. Prints available on request.

02 — About
A journalist with a camera, or the other way around.
I thrive on creativity — whether it's framing the perfect shot, crafting a piece of writing, or blending both into something you can look at and read at once. I'm always learning, always evolving, moved by a curiosity for people and the small ways art can bring us closer.
I read Journalism (Hons.) at the Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi, and hold a Certificate in Creative Photography from Jamia Millia Islamia. My work lives between reportage and portraiture — with detours into short films, documentary, and research.
I'm open to collaborations, freelance commissions, and learning opportunities in photography and content. Let's make something worth looking at twice.
